As part of this project, we contracted with a major commercial institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Comprehensive policies and procedures were developed for all departments within the company. The current state of the organization was thoroughly analyzed, and a standardized document format was established for each department. Policies were drafted in a clear and concise manner, with each policy’s objective explicitly stated. The detailed steps of each procedure were outlined, along with the assigned responsibilities for implementation.
These policies significantly contributed to organizing and guiding the company’s operations in an effective and structured way.
